What they say is true. People only see the positive side of things. The money you are making, the financial independence, the skillset that you have. But they refuse to acknowledge all the hardships that you have went through in order to reach this level. And that is called the “Iceberg Effect”. People only see the tip of the iceberg.

Our real life is heavily linked to our professional one. Studies show that you are most likely to underperform in every aspect of life if you are motivationally deprived and emotionally unstable.

Consequently, psychology plays a big role in everything we are involved in: work, sports, social life and so forth.

Financial markets have a big dark side that not everyone talks about: the psychological difficulties part. Lack of opportunities, negative external influence, losing streaks, moments of indecision, personal life problems - all of these factors have a huge influence on our thought and decision-making process.

I quote Donald J. Trump: “Nothing worth doing ever came easy”.

Indeed, everything requires hard work, patience, and dedication. Life is not a “Mortal Kombat” series. Nothing in life that is worth doing comes on “easy mode”.
